NOTICE OF INTENT Rochester Auto LLC, dba Paul's Auto Yard, is submitting a NOI letter, for our facility and office located at 1834 18th Street, Logansport, IN 46947, to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities. Run-off from the facility does not appear to discharge to any nearby streams, but may eventually flow to the north toward the Wabash River.
