NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF TOWN OF WHITESTOWN, INDIANA TOWN COUNCIL Notice is hereby given by the Town of Whitestown, Indiana Town Council (the Council), that the Council will hold a public hearing on August 26, 2026 at approximately 6:00 p.m. at the Whitestown Municipal Complex located at 6210 Veterans Drive, Whitestown, Indiana 46075. In accordance with Indiana Code ? 6-3.6-3, this public hearing will concern the Council's, as a member of the Boone County Local Income Tax Council, consideration of a resolution on a proposed ordinance to increase the public safety local income tax. A copy of the proposed ordinance to increase the public safety local income tax may be provided upon request and will also be available on the Town of Whitestown's website.
