PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Public Hearing regarding HEA 1001 pertaining to affordable housing. Pursuant to Indiana's Open Door Law (Specifically, Indiana Code 5-14-1.5 et seq.) I tender notice on behalf of the Town of Royal Center to advise you that the Town Council will meet at the Royal Center Town Hall located at 104 E. North Street in Royal Center, IN on August 3, 2026, at 6 p.m., and conduct a public hearing (pursuant to Indiana Code 5-3-1-2), to discuss HEA 1001 and explore barriers associated with public housing shortfalls, if the Town Council concludes that said shortfalls exist within the Town of Royal Center.
